Anne Hutchison was born in Marbury and was raised in Lincolnshire which is in England. Anne Hutchison�s father had been sentenced to house arrest because he had challenged the church. Anne Hutchinson along with some other Protestants had become involved with a reformist movement that was new and this was known as Puritanism and this movement was aimed to purify of all the Roman Catholic influences.
Anne Hutchinson had fifteen children and a husband and they all believed that they would get to practice faith without being prosecuted. You will find that Anne Hutchinson wrote about her beliefs and about most of her life in her story.
